In this essay you should briefly discuss where you/your family came from, why you/your family immigrated to the United States, where you/your family have settled since, and what have been you/your family’s integration experience. The conclusion should address one of the following questions:

1. How is you/your family’s history typical or “normative” and how is you/your family’s history unique?
2. How well has your family integrated and what had made the integration process difficult or easy?
3. How has you/your family’s integration been impacted by the place where they moved in terms of neighborhood, work, education, etc.
