Kira is a current undergraduate senior studying in New York, majoring in International Studies and Communications. Her research interests include: gender justice, mental health justice, and community organizing.
Professionally, Kira has had internships worldwide, including Russia, Morocco, New York and California. Currently, she is a volunteer intern at the National Eating Disorder Association in New York.
In the future, Kira hopes to pursue a graduate degree in Anthropology. In particular, she hopes to explore how development organizations include and exclude mental health in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner.
