Hello!! My name is Abhinaya Swaminathan. Before this year, I did not really think of myself as someone who would feel any kind of deep connection with art. Going to different art events this semester, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could relate to certain types of art in a profound way. Of these, I was particularly attracted to art dealing with structure and design, because it has been a lifelong hobby of mine to photograph interesting architecture. 

      This scrapbook is dedicated to buildings, both as structures that provide shelter and as magnificent art works that grace cityscapes. The title “Form and Design” refers to the different shapes one comes across while walking through the city.
