Demography and Residence Patterns: Mexicans

Within this portion, we will examine the population trend of undocumented Mexican immigrants in the United States from the 1970s to the present day. We will discuss the factors that have caused such rapid immigration growth, Mexican cities where these immigrants are coming from, areas immigrants have settled in upon arriving in New York City and so on. We will analyze in depth research gathered through scholarly surveys and graphs in order to better understand the subject. As with any research on undocumented immigrants, difficulty and inaccuracy is present precisely due to the fact that undocumented immigrants have no identification or records making various surveys and censuses estimable but not error-free.
