There is a feeling of community when you stand in this neighborhood. It seemed like most people know each other and had small talk when they met in the streets. The area also felt very dull because of the cloudy weather at the time of our visit and because of the old buildings with chipped red paint. We liked this neighborhood because it was very friendly and places like this can be difficult to find in the City.
