While merely a few avenues over from a commanding creature, Columbia University, this intersection seemed to belong to more of a neighborhood, with a bodegas and counter take-out Chinese food. A few industrial buildings lingered above, cold and tall. This section of the crossroads was concluded with a trip into Patsy’s pizza where we split one of the greatest cheese pies of Caroline’s life. This stop was meaningful for Grace because her family has been going to Patsy’s for years, and the trip tied something personal into this assignment.
