It had been a 3.7 mile walking trip from Times Square, and the sun was beginning to set when we arrived at Wall St. The evening was desolate and cold except for a few indefatigable tourists taking photos of Trinity Church. Wall St’s narrow entrance from Broadway was barely noticeable because of the scaffolding covering it.
