I thought I knew everything there was to know about this intersection because I come by this area often; my grandparents live nearby and I enjoy biking through Central Park. Therefore, it was surprising to notice how relatively not busy the intersection was, which contrasts with the southwest side of Central Park (Columbus Circle). I had always thought that the area was busy because it’s in the middle of Manhattan and it’s right at the edge of the famous Central Park. One thing that was not surprising on this visit was the delicious taste of Lady M’s cheesecake, located under the Plaza.
