59th Street

The hectic nature of Columbus Circle was overwhelming at first and despite its familiarity, one can easily feel disoriented there. Once adjusted to the surroundings, we appreciated all that the city had to offer in this one area.  Something which we thought was interesting was that it seemed like everyone at Columbus Circle that day was a tourist except for the handful of kids who had just been let out of school for the day. Although the sights of Columbus Circle represented NYC well, the people there did not.
