The All Stars Project was founded in 1981. It came into existence in order to help fix the national education crisis. Since its founding, the All Stars Project and its corresponding programs have gained national recognition. For example, in 2004 the All Stars Project was featured on PBS in “America Beyond the Color Line”. The national/international headquarters is located on 42nd street in NYC..
