When no one can see you or what you can do
you’re alone at the side of the spotlight.
When your smile is wide and your feet take big strides
you are seen at the midst of the spotlight.
When you laugh with no tears and every one hears
you stand right under the spotlight.
When you cry silently and watch violently,
you care way too much about the spotlight.
