ALBANY — The Buffalo Bills’ renovated stadium will feature a new entrance plaza and an 8,000-square-foot team store, as well as more restrooms and large video screens.

And it will have a luxury suite for Gov.Andrew M. Cuomo’s administration.

The 12-seat luxury box was negotiated by the state as part of a deal to keep the Bills in Buffalo. It is partly described in the fine print of state documents as an “I ♥ NY Hospitality Center” where public officials can promote New York State and its western region.

The box is part of the Cuomo administration’s $130 million deal to renovate Ralph Wilson Stadium, where the Bills play, in an agreement to keep the team in Orchard Park, a suburb of Buffalo, for at least seven years. Under the terms of the deal, the state will pay $54 million, Erie County will pay $41 million and the Bills will pay $35 million.
