Here is my idea — we will discuss: Two- or three-student teams will select a musical scene from NYC history (see Hopped), and amass a collection of photos depicting the spaces and faces of this scene. Some of these will be archival, while others will consist of photos your team takes that document the neighborhoods where this scene thrived (and perhaps present-day musicians in the scene). Ultimately, you will use these photos to create a video of a song that represents the scene in question.
