1. Go to the NYC data guide.
2. Select your neighborhood from the map.
3. Open any table using one of the links in the bubble (Social, Economic, Housing, or Demographic).
   
4. On the page with the table, click on “Back to Search.”
   
5. Any search you now perform on the Fact Finder site is going to restricted to the PUMA you selected.
   
6. Search for an earlier year (e.g., 2005). When selecting a data table from the search results, make sure the data are from an earlier year by checking the Dataset column.
   

There are a lot of different tables available, so you may have to look at several until you find the one with the data you need.
