• Assist in meal kitting reviews for quality control and data input for clients

 

Spoons Across America                                                                                            New York, NY

Volunteer: Take A Taste With Spoons October 2014

• Worked with a trained curriculum leader in two 3^rd grade classrooms for three lessons
• Facilitated discussions with the students over the lessons’ themes of the elements of taste, healthy beverages, and nutritious snacks.

Volunteer: Agricultural Literacy Week March 3^rd, March 27^th 2015

• Read The Honeybee Man by Lela Nargi and Kristin Booker to 2^nd graders to learn and facilitate a discussion about locally sourced honey and New York state agriculture.

Team Coach: September 2010-March 2012, January-March 2015

• 2010-2012: Worked with 4 grammar school children, ages 10-13, to prepare them for participation in two events in the New York State Science Olympiad.
• Developed age appropriate training materials and simulated testing events for analysis of unknown powders and forensic crime scene analysis.
• 2015: Worked with 5^th grade children to prepare them for an event in Anatomy and Physiology.
