- Worked with a trained curriculum leader in two 3rd grade classrooms for three lessons
- Facilitated discussions with the students over the lessons’ themes of the elements of taste, healthy beverages, and nutritious snacks.

- Read The Honeybee Man by Lela Nargi and Kristin Booker to 2nd graders to learn and facilitate a discussion about locally sourced honey and New York state agriculture.

- 2010-2012: Worked with 4 grammar school children, ages 10-13, to prepare them for participation in two events in the New York State Science Olympiad.
