Trinity Church is located off of Broadway and Wall Street in the Financial District, which is considered the economic capital of the world. It is engulfed by the surrounding corporate offices that tower around it, some of which include the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Chase bank, and TD bank. It is ironic that Trinity Church, a place of worship, is nestled there. At times it is forgotten amongst the corporations of Wall Street or the monumental towers at the World Trade Center but it still holds its own as an active Episcopal church and historical site.
