One of my biggest take aways from listening to Jenny was how an artist can work anywhere. I felt inspired seeing that if you really love what you do it doesn’t matter where you are. And after seeing that Jenny wanted make art even in quarantine, one, I realized artists are legit: they don’t make art solely for money, and two, anything can become a masterpiece. The crochet rug out of old shirts for example. I loved how she couldn’t stop making, for herself or for the benefit of others. The advice about art as a job was great too. Even though I never had intensions of doing ‘full time art’, other, far more artistic people (maybe you reading this?) could find inspiration in that. Overall, Jenny brought up some interesting and inspiring points. But above all else, Jenny looks at memes!
