Right before listening to LoPorto’s music, I didn’t really know what to expect. I have never actually listened to rock music. But honestly, it was awesome. As I was watching, I tried and connect the visuals to the lyrics and tried to decipher them. I couldn’t figure them out but I was never good at it. My favorite of the 3 sent to me was “Your Clothes” because I liked how everyone was so into it, especially my guy on drums. Another one I listened to that I liked was called “Come Home”. Even though LoPorto isn’t the most well-known rock artist, yet, I still consider him a celebrity, and I’ve never spoken to celebrity. It’s cool talking to an on-the-rise rock artist. When I asked LoPorto if all his lyrics were rooted in real experiences, he gave me the answer I always suspected but never really knew for sure. But I guess every artist is different in that right. One thing I thought was funny is that he sometimes uses rhymezone.com. Wasn’t expecting that at all.
