Jaedon was a really fun guest. His music wasn’t my normal genre, but it was really good. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the music and the meeting. It was also nice to hear from someone who had some support behind their artform. Considering so many artists are really born through struggle, which was still true for him. It was nice to hear about his teacher who supported him and challenged him. As is the case with many of the guests, it’s great to meet someone with an optimistic outlook on their work. His message of always giving your full effort regardless of what you’re doing was also inspirational and nice to see. These guests are helping me branch out from my initial “artistic shell.” I didn’t really enjoy any stereotypical form of art prior besides a few music genres. I’ve really enjoyed meeting the artists from different fields and he was no exception.
