I enjoyed having Chris LoPorto talk about his experiences being part of “Can’t Swim”. I thought the music he produced was really raw and emotional but personally prefer Electronic music. Listening to him talk about he was able to balance his creative desires with the need to satisfy his monetary needs and business executives deterred my fears about becoming an artist that’s corrupted by profit. If it wasn’t for time constraints, I would have asked him what his song development process was, as I have some ideas for songs, but am too intimidated to create them with little music experience.
