Chris LoPorto was more interesting for me to meet than the others because his medium is more interesting to me. His kind of music is something I can enjoy more than painting or poetry as I grew up listening to the genre. It was really cool to meet someone who actually made it in the business where many fall short. I’ve never personally tried to be in a band, but many of my friends have tried to break into the scene. I preferred his art also because it was much easier to understand the emotion behind it. The songs didn’t really use any fancy or confusing language to try to convey a deeper meaning. I enjoyed having something I could take at face value as opposed to having to search for a meaning. It was also obvious that he made songs from the heart instead of just pumping out songs for cash. I hope to have more guest singers in the future.
