Subway Photo

I took this image when I was traveling back home from Union Square. As I was walking to the turnstiles I became intrigued by the pattern seen at the top of the wall where small tiles were laid out. When taking the photo back home and inserting it into Photoshop I created different oriented positions of the tiles around the center diamond. I then changed these new tiles into the colors of the subway lines I often take. The green stands for the G line that takes me from Queens to Brooklyn. The red line represents the 1 line which gets me to school. Finally, the blue represents the E line which gets me to Downtown and to Eastern Queens.
