It turns out that AMAZON.com has 22 copies of the Binder and Reimers book, “All the Nations Under Heaven.”

In the general listing of all books by Binder and Reimers, the section on “All the Nations Under Heaven,” states that there are only two copies left, which is misleadingly correct.

Click the main page of the book, and you will discover that there are actually 22 copies of the book— 2 copies from Amazon, and 20 copies from vendors who are connected to Amazon. Of these, 6 are new and 14 are used.

Prices vary but they are generally reasonable ($13.18 to $28.76); however, there is one jerk who is trying to peddle a new copy for $118.80.

My experience with vendors associated with Amazon in the past has been positive. The connected vendors usually mail their books just or almost as rapidly as Amazon.
