The Sutton Streaming Hydroelectric Project is a midsized streaming hydropower system located in British Columbia

The Rush Creek project is located in California within the Sierra Nevada mountain range.

The water turbine is the heart of a waterpower system, where energy from flowing water is converted to a rotating shaft that drives an electrical generator. The left top photo is the inside of a small hydroelectric powerhouse. The top right and lower left photos show different types of Turbines. And the lower right shows a row of turbines used at Hoover Dam.

The Roosevelt Island Tidal Energy project is currently under development and will be put into effect in New York City and under the jurisdiction of Verdant Power.

La Esperanza Powerhouse is currently under construction in Honduras, ut will eventually have the capacity to produce 12 megawatts of power for Honduras
