About Us

About meee… :)

There are two things that I always have time for: writing, and my brother. I mostly write random things on my mind but sometimes I put things together into poetry. During the Club Fair a writing club caught my eye that I am excited to join.

This is a witty post

Aww, you’re actually reading this? Okay, fine.

I’m from the Bronx, born and raised, and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon. I’ve gone to private school for 12 years so Hunter is a big change. I absolutely love listening to music (metal, fifties, classical, salsa…). I spend at least 4 hours a day listening to and downloading songs. Around campus, you’ll might find me reading, knitting, sketching or at my new favorite club, Dumbledore’s Army ;D.

I’m planning on being a fine arts/art history/Spanish major…but that is subject to change.

If there’s anything else you want to know, feel free to message me. I’m nice, promise.

Writing about myself….yet again.

My name is Polina, I’m a freshman at the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. I am studying to become a veterinarian. Animals make me giddy.

Nicolennon

Ello, You all know me already but I’m Nicole and I can usually be seen dancing on the 8th or 9th floors of the Brookedale Campus. Dance is probably going to be the most interesting topic I will learn in the Arts in NYC seminar since I can relate to it the most. Despite this, I don’t think anything will top being on the ledge of the Woolworth Building- unless I end up on top of other buildings. Alright, see ya later friends. 🙂

Lol jk, I actually look like this…

Making my way through the City

Jessica Hammerman

I am an ITF at Hunter College, and I’m completing my PhD in History at the CUNY Graduate Center.  I have a close relationship to the Arts in New York, because I have worked as an editor at Playbill.  Plus– my husband is a painter and he knows a lot about galleries, etc.

I am happy to work with this class!

Me, Myself and I

I am undecided about my major. I like some forms of art and I consider bodybuilding an art form . Art can be fun, but it can also be boring in my experience just like the rest of life in general.
