Congratulations! You’ve discovered Love ‘ll Movies. I’m Mitchell Lovell, a cinema major (intended) in the Macaulay Honors College at the College of Staten- class of 2014. I’m very much interested in movies and television. And I feel that they should be enjoyed in the same manner music should be enjoyed- with temporary obsession. I’m the type to place a single song on repeat for days, sometimes weeks, until I get sick of it.

I’ve translated this method into my screen entertainment as well. I’ll take my time moving from NCIS marathons on USA to SAW series all nighters to 7 seasons of the Office on Netflix. On this blog I address a different theme each week. It could be a series, an actor, a director or even a genre. Watching movies in same category does not make me hate that category. Instead, I receive a greater understanding and some times an appreciation for it. Do I really love all movies? Maybe not. But I can always find something to relish over.
