Where to find media? and Giving credit where credit is due!
You can include any image/audio/video that you created on the site without any question (though you might want to credit yourself). But, if you use an image/audio/video that you did not create, you need to be sure that you have permission to use it, and also that you give credit where credit is due.
What do we mean, have permission? Most of the time this means that the resource is fair-use and in the public domain. Sometimes, it can mean requesting permission from the individual or group that maintains the rights to the resource. But in any case, remember to always credit your sources, even for images! (Use citation style guidelines provided by your instructor. At the very least, provide the URL!)
These sites link to various resources for finding free, public domain images that you can use in your posts.
