Macaulay Administrative Updates:
a) Building issues
Half of lower level- out of bounds
Filtered water will be moved to cabaret side so that we have access to it.
Student reservation form must be filled and submitted ASAP
b)CUNYfirst & budget issues
CUNYfirst has been having problems getting reimbursements back- we’re trying to work through it; bear with us!
c) Macaulay Barcelona
Discounted price deadline has been extended! email Drew/Veronica to see if you can still qualify for the reduced price
d) Wallace Grant change
Used to be supplemental grants that students could apply for if family income were met on study abroad. These grants will now only be used towards people doing unpaid internships (career focused). They must still meet family income requirement.

Psychology club will be helping organize; monthly newsletter will be ready. There will be peer-to-peer counseling, as well as a quiet study room.
e) Macaulay olympics/spring picnic– Monday June 1st TENTATIVE/location still tbd
Will most likely be held on a campus due to budgeting.

There will be an event at the Macaulay building on 3/28 from 6-8 for networking (about 20 professionals, 40 students)Creative writing- 67th street scribe is up on web!Dancers- competition was supposed to be next weekend, but company cancelled it. Will be on may 2nd.Gastronomy- first event was the dim sum event. Waiting on approval for space for events. avasara- had an event a couple of weeks ago
tedx- at last fall event, 200 people attended; videos are online, 50,000 views! Planning on having salon events on each campus in the Spring. Columbia is using our organizational model, and Harvard was suggested to start using our model!! Recruiting team members on exec board
