    5. Weekly Meditation Series every Thursday in lecture hall

      1. Survey that asks students questions about how they feel about Macaulay’s academic policies
      2. Discussion for dropping 2 classes from the MHC GPA versus 1

    1. Student Space
      1. Reading Room always open
      2. Commons are also open if there are no events
      3. Utilize the space for club meetings, hanging out, studying
      4. Lots of board games; MHC can get more if people show interest
      5. Second floor courtyard is also open to students (ask public safety to open it if it’s not open) – wifi is available
    2. Passport Fair
      1. Anything you need to do to get a passport, the Post Office will be here and do that for you
        1. Pictures, applications, etc.
      2. Can be incorporate a study abroad event component too

      1. Budget is not great – club approval will be stricter
      2. June 2nd is the deadline for club reimbursements
      3. June 3rd – all current clubs will be deactivated on club macaulay, so you will need to reactivate/register your clubs on club macaulay on june 15th (for existing clubs only)
      4. July 1st – fall room registration opens
      5. Orientation/Community Resources Day – August 22nd
      6. Student Organization leadership workshops in the summer on July 27 and August 24

    1. Clubs and Pubs
      1. Macaulay Business Club
        1. Had last event about majors and career paths in finance/accounting/tech
        2. Looking forward to next recruiting season
        3. Trying to get more people outside of Baruch + Hunter. Events are often at MHC!
      2. Macaulay Chamber Music Society
        1. Rehearsals as usual
        2. Concert on May 27th
      3. Macaulay Chess Club – Absent
      4. Macaulay Creative Writing Club – Absent
      5. Macaulay Crew
        1. Just started in Spring
        2. Weren’t able to hold the auditions they wanted to because of not being able to reserve space
        3. Hoping to have a strong year next school season
      6. Macaulay Dancers
        1. Were planning on having performance at the end of semester but space did not work out (in Hunter). No end of year performance but they will be performing at formal
        2. Did well during competition and made it to nationals this summer!
      7. Macaulay Dewanee
        1. Finished last competition on 4/30; didn’t place but they made it to the run list which allows them to apply to out of state competitions
      8. Macaulay Honors College Debate Society
        1. Rough semester- event in april was largely successful but after that all meetings declined (mix between difficulty of space constraints and e-board problems)
        2. Looking for more people to join the club and later become e-board members!
      9. Macaulay Games Society – Absent
      10. Macaulay Gastronomy Club
        1. Last event they were involved in was Arts Night
        2. Ran out of funding after that so they couldn’t hold any more events
        3. Idea: finals wellness week – have a snack table contribution

        1. Coordinating a clothes drive; donate all summer clothes to MHC (box in reading room)

        1. Went from 2.5 members to 9 members in 5 months. Doing much better. Playing at Formal and at the Triplets concert. Come support!

        1. Working to get their magazine printed
        2. Planning potential trip after finals – more details on their FB page
      22. Macaulay Pre-Health Professions Club
        1. Recently had their applying to med school event
        2. Next semester thinking of finally establishing the peer mentoring program (because they now have Vanessa)

      24. Pied Filmmakers Collective
        1. Still shooting some short films but they’ve done ~3 now
        2. Event on May 24th – Screening what they’ve completed so far this year, pizza will be served
      25. Psychology Club at Macaulay – Absent

      27. South Asian Health & Development Initiative
        1. All meetings are done but they got $6,500 in seed money
        2. School supplies drive- boxes will be placed in MHC next week

        1. Decided on a show for the fall: the Fantastics, holding auditions in the beginning of fall so stay tuned for details

      31. Macaulay YES: Youth Events for Seniors
        1. Turn outs were rough this year but they’re hoping to do more monthly visits next semester
