Slideshow of Items on Display in the Museum

This is a photo slideshow I have created using pictures I took from the South Seaport Museum. I added some soothing background music of waves to complement the theme of the museum – ships, fishing, and the seaport.

For the best viewing experience, click the fullscreen button located at the top right hand corner of the slideshow.
If you do not like the music, a mute button is located at the top left hand corner.

Louis Riva performing Du bist wie eine blume”

“Liederabend” at the Juilliard School of Fine Arts is a performance that is a mixture of opera and piano. An opera singer accompanies a piano piece with lyrical song. The lyrics are typically in either French or German. Here is an example of one of the performances that may be in a Liederabend performance. This is Louis Riva performing “Du Bist Wie Eine Blume”, which is German for “You are as lovely as a flower.”

These are some of the other performers that I got to see myself.
