How did you coin the term, “rambunctious garden”?
Is there anything significant (i.e. reviews, critiques, counterarguments) that has occurred since the publication of your book that makes you want to alter what you wrote?

Of all the places you visited to conduct research for your book, which one would you say exhibited the most exemplary conservationism? Would it be applicable in other places as well?
