Author F. Scott Fitzgerald defined the times from the end of the Great War to the Great Depression as the “Jazz Age.” While this era brought the rising of great jazz musicians and culture to New York City, there were musicians who made their marks in this city after that time period.  Through this page we will explore the lives and works of just a few of the many artists that made a lasting impact during,after, and well beyond the Jazz Age.
