Sample Time Frame:

• Approx 2 years for site evaluation and research
• Approx 4 years to obtain permit
• Anywhere from 2 – 5 years for construction of Phase 1 (turbines and substations), based off projects of similar size in Europe
• 5 years study period to determine whether or not to proceed with Phase 2
• Additional 2 – 5 years for construction of Phase 2
