In this group, The subjects were the men and women who are some of the greatest icons of life in New York. Taxi drivers and street vendors are woven into the fabric of the city, and often unfortunately blend into the background of the sounds and sights of the city. By interviewing them, the members of this group were able to bring their subjects’ stories front and center, and show how vital of a role they contribute the culture of New York.
