Professionals & Under-employed Highly Skilled Immigrants
This group had a dual focus in their research. Two of the group members interviewed subjects who work in fields that require specialized training, such as doctors, lawyers or college professors. The other two members of the group interviewed subjects who had highly specialized training in their country of origin, like the professionals, but due to circumstances were forced to take a job that they were over qualified for.
