Are you a biology major interested in Summer research experience? Are you interested in graduate study in the STEM fields but not sure how you’ll pay for it? Are you thinking about a career as a science or math teacher? You’re welcome to come to an information session to learn about funding available for students in the STEM fields. We will discuss opportunities for students at varied stages in their academic careers including the Barry M Goldwater Scholarship and the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship, two competitions in which Queens College students have done well. Come learn more about these and other possibilities, including some first-hand advice from a Queens College student with an excellent record of winning major awards.
