Roosevelt Island A Residential Realm on the Rise

Sports and recreation is an important part of the community of Roosevelt Island, given its family-style atmosphere and fun-loving environment.

An establishment called Sportspark¹ is located on the island, which features a swimming pool, basketball court, pink pong tables, and various fitness classes.

Various parks are also open to the public, some for children and others for displaying the various historical landmarks on the island. There is also a recreation center located on the island as well as various theatres and children’s programs open to the residents of the island and others who would like to participate, which will be talked about in more detail later.
