Williamsburg

Located near Beford-Stuyvesant and Greenpoint, Williamsburg is one of the most unique neighborhoods of New York City. Williamsburg is recognized as a community of artists, hipsters, and indie-rock musicians in the late 1900s. After the rezoning of 2005, the neighborhood has transformed. Houses and retail space originally bought by artists and musicians are now sold to the wealthy population. However, certain aspects of the “old Williamsburg” still remains.
