TransportNYC

Transportation is the backbone of NYC. Getting Uptown, Downtown, East Side, West Side, everywhere in NYC requires some mode of transport. In the past few weeks, the four of us, Chris, Tony, Justin, and Shira, looked at some of the different aspects of transport in NYC. The focus was on 3 major methods: Subways, Buses, and Taxis. We also did an extra mode of transportation, elevators, which may not seem as obvious at first, but with the myriad skyscrapers in New York City, we felt that elevators are somewhat a unique culture that really gets amplified in The Big Apple.

Where We Went:

The New York Transit Museum (Located in Downtown Brooklyn)

The Pierre Hotel (Located at 5th Avenue & East 61st Street)

168th Street, 181st Street, 190th Street, and 191st Street Subway Stations (in Washington Heights)
