Tuesday’s Discussion

Since your posts continue to be insightful and provocative, I’d like to try something a bit new tomorrow in class and emphasize your roles as co-teachers.  As I said last time, this will be good practice for seminars in other upper-level courses, grad school, court rooms and board rooms.  So please come in ready to lead the discussion at various time in a teacherly manner (and think about what that means to you). Let’s try to keep the discussion going in as organic a way as possible as each of you decides that it is your turn to lead the discussion, so pick a few themes you definitely want covered and prepare some commentary and questions about them.  See you in class!  Lee
