Since there is not a lot of research discussing the intersection between the bright colors of insects and the impact on how humans view them, we decided to ask all the people around us. In our research, we surveyed 120 people through Google Forms to find out how two different groups of colorful insects made them feel. While our hypothesis was incorrect, we did find more information as to why people stay away from insects. Our biggest takeaway was discovering these other factors and considering them for future research.
