Here is New York

Reading through the story, I find a lot of what White said is true for the city of New York. He describes New York like “A poem compresses much in a small space and adds music  the accompaniment of internal engines. The island of Manhattan is without any doubt the greatest human concentrate on Earth…” I would like to compare that to the street fairs around the city and the public events people can go to. These events make humans come around from all over to form a conglomerate mass where cultures can mix, new foods can be tried, and friendships across the boarders can be made.
