The video was very clear and depicted the restraints of the love between Pamina and Tamino accurately. It was well produced and edited. I liked the use of the voiceover and the sound effects throughout the video. The bloopers at the end were very amusing! You guys did a good job!

Professional camera job! voice over was a cool touch. You guys stayed very true to the Opera which is nice. Good acting Erynn 😉 and good voice acting stephen. Holden you hunk… leave poor Erynn’s heart alone! All in all job well done.

I love that you guys used voice over. It made it that much more dramatic. I also love the sound effects like the water dripping; it made it really intense. I can see that Erynn is suppose to be like Pamina and Holden is Tamino and there is something that is blocking your love (Stephen or the Queen of the Night). Erynn you deserve an Oscar!

I thought this video was excellent! The footage, the sound effects, and the narration all tied in and it made so much sense. I really liked your theme as well. It is evident that Erynn is Pamina, Holden is Tamino, and Stephen is the Queen of the Night. Besides that, I thought the bloopers were hilarious. I agree with Krystal. Erynn, you deserve an Oscar!

Loved it!!!! I don’t know why, but I really liked the dripping noise in the background. It sort of perfectly fit into the clip. I also appreciated the understandability the clip provided and despite the fact that it was abstract, it made sense to me. I thought it was really cool how you guys turned into the whole Tamino and Pamina forbidden love into the whole “father doesn’t let his daughter see her boyfriend” fiasco. The part when Erynn was looking through Holden’s photos was so relatable, I thought, because I think it’s pretty common to scroll through someone’s pictures when you miss them. Overall, great job guys!

I thought this was a job well done. I can see the comparison of a forbidden love and the Magic Flutes love. Nice touch. It also tied in a little of Romeo and Juliet with that whole forbidden love thing. Good job guys!

This was an extremely well crafted piece! I loved the way the scenes were cut and that filming was done from varying angles. The voice overs were an especially nice touch. The message came across really well and I could easily relate it to Pamina and Tamino’s relationship in the opera. Also, I love the bloopers!

Though the dialogue was minimal, the few words that were used had an even stronger meaning. The same can be said for the sound effects used. The dripping of the water added a sense of drama and a melancholic tone to the video. I really like it, great job!

I’m really impressed by the video editing and the camera work done! It was a really melodramatic work, but it complimented the theme of love really well in context with The Magic Flute. It’s almost like a modernize version of the opera, just stripped down to its most prominent theme. Great job.
