I believed this creative project was a perfect mix between a theatrical performance and a documentary style format. I loved the contextualization in the beginning followed by real world accounts Baruch women around campus. The cuts and edits were also pleasant and all filled in well with the conceptual basis of the work.
I really love the interview concept you guys employed in your video, it really highlighted and humanized the struggles many girls still face in society through first-hand experiences. The part where the first girl said catcalling was just something to get used to because of how commonplace it is was truly saddening to hear, its unjust that the victim has to just accept it because most authorities and people don’t view it as real harassment but as a “compliment.”
