It is 11:47PM and second shift is ending. Doris, Julian, and Kyu enter the building to switch shifts with the tired and restless security guards. They enter the locker rooms and changed into their business casual attire as mandated by their boss. When they walk out, a security guard greets them.

Security: Hey guys.

Kyu: Yo!

Security: Did you hear about the budget cuts?

Julian: Really? What budget cuts?

Security: You know how we are supposed to carry a firearm right? Well, management decided it’s unnecessary to carry one since nothing ever happens here. Instead, they’re making us carry water guns…

Doris: Oh my god! I love water guns! Work is going to be so much fun now. (To Julian and Kyu) Do you guys think we can have a water gun fight tonight?!

Kyu: (To Doris) …No. (To Security) They better be damn right about this.

Doris, Julian, and Kyu take their water rifles and walk to each of their posts. The night goes well and nothing in particular happens. However, towards day break each one saw something white flashing by their posts.

Doris: (To Walkie Talkie) Hey guys…are you trying to scare me? I saw something white prowling by in my sector.

Julian: (To Walkie Talkie) I’m at my post but I did see something white too. Was that you Kyu?

Kyu: (To Walkie Talkie) Negative. I think something is up. Lets meet up at rendezvous.

They all meet up at the side of the building and discuss what they saw. As they are discussing, Konstantin creeps around the marble wall.

Kyu: So what do you think was that? I think we should be on higher alert.

Julian: Yeah. *holds water rifle up

Konstantin steps on a twig. Doris hears the crack and quickly turns around.

Doris: What was that?!

The rest of them turn around and points their gun as Konstantin. Konstantin hugs the wall and embraces his discovery.

Konstantin: Ahahahah! What are you going to do now? Shoot me?

Kyu: Ahah, sure.

Kyu shoots and everyone follows

Konstantin: Futile! I am invincible! *gets up and run away

Doris: Well…that was useless…

Kyu: I’m sure you had your fun though.

New York resident Konstantin Kaminskiy wanted to express his anger over being fired, for speaking out about his company’s violation of labor rights and the unfair wages workers have been receiving at Goldman Sacs.

He decided to campaign for better treatment for the labor force by creating a Facebook page that had already attracted more than 10,000 people who have joined in his online protest.

On the site, he proposes everyone to sign an electronic petition and boycott all services the company offers. His protest had attracted mass media attention.

He planed to gather his group of protestors and have them show up outside the headquarters of Goldman Sacs. With banners calling for higher salaries, they were all ready to march and confront the powerful company.

However, on the day before the decided date of the march, Konstantin Kaminskiy, the leader of the protest was ambushed by unknown agents, and was shot to death. The horrific scene of this murder was seen by some passersby’s who witnessed the unbelievable event.

They told Eyewitness News that they couldn’t believe the shooting took place in broad daylight. Local Starbucks owner, Janet Lee said, “I heard six shots the first time, then three more shootings.”

Ms. Lee said she was advising her new employees when she heard the shots being fired outside. She said she immediately called 911 as she and everyone around her tried to figure out where exactly the shots were from.

Police arrived on the scene 15 minutes later and searched for information from the public about the shooting. However “there isn’t a suspect yet” said Lt. Tom Grim, of the NYC Police Department.

“The shooting was definitely targeted,” Grim said. The gunman  remains at large and the shooting remains under investigation.

Shortly after Grim’s announcement, a picture of the shooting was posted on a blog, and the Police have taken the picture as an evidence for the case.

The picture shows two male and one female, all dressed in business attire, happily shooting the victim outside of a financial building.

Konstantin’s family begs the three gunman to give up and surrender while fellow protestors vow to avenge his death.
