It’s interesting how many people are most affected by music. I wonder if that’s unique to contemporary culture, or if there is something that makes music automatically more powerful than other art forms.
I like that you brought up the fact that people have different interpretations, interpretations that may even be different from that of the creator. I think this is something that’s central to the idea of art, the notation that you can take something that someone else made and put your own creative spin on it.
