Wall Street is historically a financial epicenter, universally known for its money and power. However, the growing residential presence in the area has started to pick up pace. We explore how and why this is happening, and get feedback from those that know the area best as to how they feel about the shift. We’ve chosen four places in the Financial District – the bull, a plaza, the Halal carts, and South Star Residences – that together best represent the old and the new of Wall Street.
