What did you do?
-We filmed the exterior of temple, went inside and spoke to two Mormon missionaries. However, we had to adhere to the strict rules of the temple and could not go in further than the main entrance. To proceed we would have needed an authorized letter from the Mormon president. We also asked a young Mormon couple about their experiences.
Why did you choose it?
-We thought it’d be interesting to explore a religious space located in such a busy and metropolitan area.
What did you learn?
-In addition to learning about their strict rules, we also learned that the interior of the temple was built with consideration to the hustle and bustle of the city (windows and walls, for example, are soundproof).
