Let me start out by repeating the the New Years ever party was absolutely splendiferous!. At the restaurant we visited, there were many older couples who LOVE to dance, they were plain old dancing machines. All of us students took turns dancing the natives. At one point in the night. One of the older native ladies tries to tell me something in spanish. I quickly explained to her that I was from New York and didn’t understand what she was trying to say. We then went our separte ways. Five minutes later, she looks at me from across the room and says, in english with a heavy accent, “I love you” and blows a kiss to me.

not old people.. just more mature people, and they didn’t have any ginger ale around (I don’t know what their problem is)
