This website was designed to provide a better understanding of a historical neighborhood located on the southern most side of Brooklyn- Brighton Beach. Diana, Lauren, Anton, and Daniel gladly share our experiences with you. Feel free to look through our pictures, videos, sound bites, field notes, and reflection papers to obtain a better understanding of our project. The tabs on top are organized into the five senses to deliver the experience of Brighton Beach to you. The field notes appeal to all the senses and are meant to make you feel like you’re walking through the streets of Brighton Beach. The reflection papers describe our personal experiences and understandings. The annotated bibliography has numerous sources that you can view to further your understanding of the neighborhood.
